Set out below are the terms on which Daiva Beauty House provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Daiva Beauty House treatment.
Our services, prices, products and information may be subject to revision without notice.

1. Appointments and cancellations

All therapists at Daiva Beauty House are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore Daiva Beauty House does not guarantee continued treatment with a named therapist.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 7495 2666. We will need to know that you wish to cancel by 24 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before 24 hours on the preceding day will result in the loss of the treatment from your value pack or deposit being redeemed.
Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Daiva Beauty House will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
For all Wedding packages, makeup’s a 50% non-refundable deposit per person will be required at the time of booking.

2. Credit card details, deposits and payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.

To secure an appointment with Daiva Beauty House a deposit is required.
For an appointment deposit of Β£50 will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment.
For any subsequent individual treatments up to or over the value of Β£100 a deposit of Β£50 will be charged at the time of booking. Deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity Daiva Beauty House reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing value package of treatment.
Prices may vary by salon. Please refer to the price list on the website or contact salon for their price list.

3. Courses of treatments

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.

4. Your health:

Clients that may have health issues e.g. blood pressure, circulation problems, skin problems, have recently undergone an operation, are on medication, are pregnant, or have any other health worries, are advised to check with their GP before booking a treatment. When you arrive for your first treatment you will be asked to complete a registration document to highlight with the therapist any health issues you may have.

For clients with serious illnesses, before we can proceed with any treatment, we ask you to provide a letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment you want to have in the salon.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Daiva Beauty House with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Daiva Beauty House will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

If you have any allergies prior to your appointment please inform us at the time of booking. Please note that clients booking hair colour treatment will be asked to attend the salon for testing 24 hours before their first appointment.

5. Offers:

Offers on the website and our Facebook/ Instagram page are for a definitive period ONLY. Once the offer period has ended the treatment reverts to its normal price.

6. Products:

Products used in the salon are highly concentrated, so very little is needed to obtain maximum results. If you wish to purchase any of the products please discuss this with, and direct your queries to the therapist. They will also provide on how to use the product(s). We recommend that if you have any queries please call us and we will be happy to discuss them or go over the procedure again.
